Yann Nguema, former bassist of the band EZ3kiel, is a multidisciplinary artist: graphic designer, musician, programmer, and multimedia creator.
He gained recognition at the Fête des Lumières in Lyon in 2016, where he was awarded the “Trophée des Lumières” for his innovative use of laser beams and dynamic lighting. In 2018, he returned to Metz for a second consecutive year, creating an exceptional video mapping on the city’s cathedral. Using the stone façade as pixels, he plays with the building’s relief, transforming it into a monumental projection surface.
From the early stages of the project in his studio in Tours to its final installation on the cathedral façade, Yann Nguema immerses the audience in his poetic universe.
